BOOKING PROCEDURE

PHASE 1 – Select your CARAWAAN

Browse through the website from the most affordable and diverse range of tour packages and car rentals.

After a tour package or a car rental package is selected, the website will redirect to the appropriate Booking form. Please bear in mind that the desired tour dates must be 14 days after the booking date. Otherwise the booking process for hotels and vehicles may be severely affected.

Fill out all the details in the booking form and click on the Confirm Booking tab to complete phase 1.

PHASE 2 – CARAWAAN RESERVATION

After the booking form is submitted, the CARAWAAN customer care service will contact you within 24 hours on your provided email address and phone number. Via these modes of contact, CARAWAAN customer care service will provide you with the payment modes: Bank Direct Debit, UBL Omni, U Paisa, Jazz Cash. You will be requested to submit 50% of the tour cost within 3 working days.

After the 50 % payment is made,you will be provided with the Electronic Payment receipt within 24 hours.

You will be given the opportunity to avail the money back guarantee or cancel your booking for the next 7 days without any cancellation charges. 7 days before the departure date, CARAWAAN customer care service will contact you via SMS/ email address to confirm the reservation.

3 days before the departure date, CARAWAAN Customer Care service will send the tour itinerary including the booking details of hotels and vehicles. If applicable the tour guide information will also be provided. Precautions and safety instructions will also be provided along with the itinerary.

PHASE 3 – CAR- RAWAAAN !!!!

On the day of departure, as the designated driver will arrive at your address….You will be required to pay the remaining 50% of payment within 24 working hours. This payment can be made through the very same modes of payment : Bank Direct Debit, UBL Omni, Easy Pay, Mobi Cash or Easy Paisa. As this final payment is made. You will be provided with the payment electronic receipt within 24 hours of the payment.
